Anatomy
Every part has a job.
Targeted pressure, dipped edge up
Lets air through
Stays put
Wrap and pull to tighten
Polyester, made for all-day comfort
Silicone, shaped
Shaped, not flat.
Most pads are a flat block. Anchr's is contoured, with a dipped edge worn upwards so it cups under the kneecap. The pressure goes where you place it and nowhere else. Skin-safe silicone throughout.
Tension, your way
Pull to tighten. That's the manual.
Wrap the strap, feed it through the black ABS buckles and pull. Stop when it feels right. Adjust it in a second, any time, through anything a day throws at it.
On, and staying on
Movement is the test.
A strap that slips is a strap you stop wearing. Anchr's inner face is textured to hold its position, and the perforated dot band lets air through while it works. The knee strap that actually stays put.
The honest comparison
ΛNCHR vs the strap you already own.
There's probably one in your house already: a neoprene tube that promised support and delivered a warm, migrating squeeze. This isn't that. Anchr does one job — targeted pressure just below the kneecap, held in place — and skips everything that makes sleeves unbearable by mid-afternoon. Here's the honest side-by-side, part for part, so you can judge it before you buy.

- Contoured silicone pad — targeted pressure on one precise spot below the kneecap
- Textured inner grip — stays put through a full day of moving
- Perforated dot band — lets air through, hour after hour
- 55 g and low-profile — disappears under work trousers and leggings
- One size — wrap and pull to tighten, retighten in a second, any time

- One vague squeeze — pressure spread over the whole joint, doing very little anywhere
- Rolls down — and you spend the day hitching it back up
- Traps heat — neoprene holds warmth and sweat against the skin
- Bulky under clothes — a visible bulge under trousers, tights or a suit
- The drawer, within months — in published brace research, barely 1 in 4 were still wearing theirs a year on*
Sixty days to run the comparison on your own knee. If the old sleeve wins, we refund you in full.

Placement and fit
One size. Placed right.
Anchr sits just below the kneecap, dipped edge up. Left knee or right, the placement is the same. There is no size chart because there are no sizes: wrap, then pull to tighten until the pressure feels right.
Colours
Three colours. One decision.
Warm cream.
Light grey.
Matte black.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Just below the kneecap, dipped edge up, so the contoured pad cups under the kneecap. The placement diagram above shows it in one image.
Yes. One size, fully adjustable. Wrap the strap and pull to tighten until the pressure feels right.
Either. The placement is the same on both: pad just below the kneecap, dipped edge up. Many people order a pair.
A contoured pad in skin-safe silicone, a perforated polyester knit band with a textured inner grip, and matte black ABS buckles.
It weighs 55 g and the dot band lets air through. Set the tension so it feels firm but comfortable, and adjust it whenever you like.
No. Anchr is a support strap that applies targeted pressure below the kneecap. It does not treat or cure anything, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you have a diagnosed condition, speak to a professional first.
V2 is the current, refined generation of the Anchr strap. It is the version on this page and the only one we sell.
Return it within 60 days for a full refund. Email support@anchr.uk and we handle the rest.
Nothing. UK shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
